Sreeram Kristipati

Sreeram has over two decades of Corporate experience in Safety-Critical Embedded Software related to Civil and Military Avionics domains. He is a computer science post graduate who worked in the areas of Engine Control System, Fire Protection System, Engine Vibration Monitoring System, Secondary Flight Displays and Data Acquisition systems. He has expertise in Software development, Verification and Program management. He is very good in understanding customer requirements and realizing them as high quality deliverables. He is expert in executing projects in accordance with DO-178 right from Plan for Software Aspects of Certification thru Software Accomplishment Summary. He has hands on expertise in various development and verification tools such as IDE, C, Ada, Cantata, RTRT. His strong base in Software engineering principles and various software concepts helped in finding various solutions in many critical projects. His experience, knowledge of Safety Critical and Military systems and associated standards such as DO-178 B, MIL-STD 2167A/498 integrated with Audit processes such as SOI, PDR, CDR have added tremendous value to customers in realising the best quality deliverables. He has been actively involved in training, Software development, Software Verification including the role of mentoring and has helped young engineers as well as technical leaders succeed in corporate India.

Mr. Sastry served in Department of Posts for over four decades and retired as Assistant Post Master General, Karnataka Circle. He is a post graduate in English, in Personnel Management and PG Diploma in Human Resources management and PG Diploma in Management. He is specialized in Central Government Rules and Personnel Administration. He is a two time Dak Seva Awardee in 1986 and 2005 in different cadres. He has been actively involved in training, consulting activities including the role of a coach and has helped many central Government departments in settling various service matters.
